Irvington Road is a pilot project and prototype for the practice’s modular housing initiative, a transformative framework targeting the delivery of affordable home ownership at scale through the supply of a diverse range of design-led low carbon homes.
The project will establish a new lifestyle village comprising 11 market residences: ten two-storey, four-bedroom dwellings and one single-storey, five-bedroom dwelling.
Strategically located between Marsden Park and Schofields, the site enjoys proximity to Stonecutters Ridge Golf Course, one of Western Sydney’s premier 18-hole courses, and the Tallawong Metro Station, which provides direct connection to the Sydney CBD in under 50 minutes. This unique positioning offers residents the benefits of an established lifestyle precinct with seamless city access.
Each residence has been carefully designed in harmony with its native landscape, integrating high-quality finishes and fixtures while achieving exceptional levels of environmental performance and climate resilience. These principles ensure the homes are appreciating, insurable and in-vestment-grade assets that contribute to emissions reduction.
The Irvington Road project embodies a forward-looking model of attainable, affordable, and equitable home ownership for all generations, delivering high-quality living environments while rede-fining the future of housing supply in Sydney’s growth corridors.
