
Our vision is to create a new residential building that responds to Sydney’s housing demand while offering a diverse mix of high-quality apartments. Thoughtfully articulated building forms reduce scale and enrich the streetscape, delivering superior living environments with exceptional amenity.
Delivered under the Transport Oriented Development (TOD) SEPP and Housing SEPP, the project includes a minimum of 15% affordable housing, ensuring greater equity and access. The proposal comprises 61 premium apartments designed with respect and elegance to integrate seamlessly into the Lindfield context.
Located just 300 metres from Lindfield Station along the leafy Middle Harbour Road, the development enhances connections to public transport while contributing to the State Housing Strategy. The design features eight storeys above a lower ground level, two basement parking levels, and extensive landscaped open space at the ground plane, balancing density with livability.
